# Terms and Conditions (EULA)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EasyScan: Barcode & QR Scanner (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
## 1. Subscription
- Subscriptions are available at $0.99/month or $9.99/year.
- Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription in your iTunes Account Settings.
## 2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
## 3. Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without permission.
- You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
## 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of the App.
